WHISKEY & BOURBON
Time makes good whiskey. So while we work to lay down our own barrels of bourbon and whiskey and let it painstakingly age into liquid that is worthy of pursuit, our team is sourcing, blending, and aging the highest quality whiskies available. We use premium white oak barrels made with West Virginia hardwood and source ingredients as close to our facility as possible in an effort to showcase West Virginia's agriculture industry.
Double Oaked Rye Whiskey
This Rye Whiskey is the second expression in our new Double Oaked series, and a very special release. We took the first Rye Whiskey we ever released to the next level by re-casking it in a combination of 18- and 12-month staves of West Virginia white oak and letting it age at our distillery for an additional year and a half. We selected the two best barrels to blend together for an extremely unique bourbon. Only 482 bottles were released.

DOUBLE OAKED
This rare release of Double Oaked Bourbon is the first batch in a new distillery series of barrel-finished bourbons. We took our award-winning Barrel Strength to the next level by re-casking it in 18-month staves of West Virginia white oak and letting it age at our distillery for an additional year. We then pulled it at the perfect time for the liquid to evolve into a complex, smooth, and truly one-of-a-kind expression. Only 245 bottles were released.

Swilled Dog Straight Bourbon Whiskey is aged for a minimum of 4 years in American white oak barrels.The bold profile is balanced by its sweeter and more subtle characteristics derived from the 75% corn mash bill. This bourbon delivers a hint of spice from the rye and ripe cherry flavors to create the perfect sipper.

BARREL STRENGTH
Our San Francisco Double Gold winning barrel strength bourbon has a full flavor profile that all excellent bourbons exhibit. This is a complex whiskey that reveals a potpourri of baking spices – cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice – all wrapped around dark fruits of fig, date, and plum. The finish is dominated by spice and charred oak, finishing quite clean.

SHERRY CASK FINISHED
Swilled Dog Sherry Cask Finished Bourbon is aged for 4 years in American white oak barrels and bottled at barrel strength to show off the whiskey’s full flavor profile. The raisin, floral, and fruit qualities derived from the sherry casks are balanced with the bourbon’s complex earthy and ripe cherry undertones.
