Bottled at 90 proof, our Straight Bourbon Whiskey is aged for a minimum of 4 years in American white oak barrels. It delivers a bold profile balanced by its sweeter and more subtle characteristics exhibited from the 75% corn mash bill. This bourbon delivers a hint of spice from the rye and ripe cherry flavors to create the perfect sipper and the foundation for your next great cocktail.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Predominately fruit and vanilla. Candied caramel popcorn. Light on the other spice aromas.
PALATE: An easy first sip. Well-balanced sweet flavors of candied corn, creme brulee, and butterscotch. Oak reveals quite nicely with hints of baking spices, fruit and vanilla.
FINISH: Smooth with a medium finish. Vanilla with hints of nutmeg and allspice.
