And, you’d be hard-pressed to find something more traditional than cider.  So, when we decided to launch a cidery, we knew striking the perfect balance between old and new was going to take some finesse. We began with growing apples in our own orchard to understand the process from seed to sip. The result is our refreshingly original take on the old standard—Swilled Dog Hard Cider.
