We selected two exceptional barrels and gave them an additional 9 months in Oloroso sherry casks—bringing forward new layers of complexity like dried cherry, fig, and toasted almond, while adding richness and nuance to the existing barrel-proof character.
The result is a full-bodied, well-structured bourbon that balances deep fruit notes with oak-driven spice. This release reflects the creativity behind our Innovation Series and the impact of precise cask finishing on a well-crafted whiskey.
