At Swilled Dog, our passion extends beyond crafting exceptional spirits. We're dedicated to making a tangible impact in the lives of animals in need. Through our 'Giving Back' initiatives, every sip you take contributes to a greater cause.

Pilots to the Rescue

Swilled Dog is proud to partner with the national nonprofit Pilots To The Rescue to help give endangered and at-risk animals a second chance at life.

In August 2023, the company sponsored its first rescue flight, transporting 17 dogs from the overcrowded Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association in West Virginia to the Cascades Humane Society in Michigan—where every dog was adopted within weeks.

Swilled Dog sponsored a holiday mission in December 2024 airlifting nearly 50 cats and dogs from Asheville, NC to the Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation in Virginia, many of whom were displaced by Hurricane Helene.

We'e also donated more than $2,000 to Pilots to the Rescue's Giving Tuesday campaigns. We matched the first $1,000 helping them raise additional funds for their efforts.

A portion of the proceeds from our Adoption Series and Lucy's Tap in our tasting room will support future missions reinforcing our goal to blend great taste with greater good—one sip at a time.

Pours for Paws

Each time you visit the Whiskey Room, you can enjoy a tasting experience sampling some of our finest whiskeys, bourbons and gin for only a $5 donation. 100% of your donation will directly support the Hampshire Co. Pet Adoption Program, helping fund spay/neuter procedures for rescued pets.

  • In 2023, we funded 32 spay and neuters with your help!
  • In 2024, 100% of donations from the tastings in the Whiskey Room covered the costs of spay/neuters, microchips and vaccines for 36 animals.
  • So far, in 2025, YOUR donations has helped cover the care and adoption fees for a litter of 11 shepherd/lab mix puppies.
