Refund policy
Returns At Swilled Dog, we take pride in crafting high-quality spirits, and we hope you enjoy every bottle. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at orders@swilleddog.com. Due to the nature of our products, returns are typically only accepted for items damaged in transit or if an error was made in processing your order.
Damages and Issues Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If your item arrives damaged, or if there is an issue with your order, contact us immediately with details and photos of the damage. We’ll assess the situation and work with you to resolve it promptly.
Refunds We can process refunds on a case by case basis. Please send us a photo of the damaged or incorrect shipment to orders@swilleddog.com. Once your request is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the transaction. In cases of return eligibility, Swilled Dog reserves the right to charge a restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items Promotional items and products marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
