Whiskey questions

YES! We can ship to you! Place your order here, then you will receive an email notification when the package has been shipped with a tracking number. We will not accept order cancellations due to the duration of time between the order and product shipping.

We cannot ship to the following states: AK, HI, IL, UT, and NH.

You can also find our spirits at most WV liquor stores. If you can’t find it, please ask your local liquor store to pick them up.

Have you seen Lucy Pickles? She’s adorable and we couldn’t resist making her the face of our brand. 

Swilled means to drink freely. We always encourage responsible drinking, but having a drink while enjoying a good time with friends and family is what we’re all about. So, this paired with our love for dogs just made sense.

Giving back is extremely important to us. We donate primarily to animal-related charities and organizations as they are most closely aligned with our mission. Check out our Giving Back Information and submit your request if it fits the criteria.

Tasting room questions

Yes we do! Starting in Jan. 2025, we'll introduce a new reservation system to enhance your Swilled Dog experience! This change allows you to book a guided tasting of our whiskeys, bourbons, and gin in advance, ensuring a relaxed, personalized visit with our team. Reserve your spot, skip the wait, and enjoy a memorable journey through our spirits! Walk-ins are still welcome!

Yes, we offer light bites, cider and beer on tap, cocktails, and spirits tastings.

Yes! We’d love for you to take home some cider. We offer two growler sizes (64oz & 32oz) for you to buy. You can also bring your own and we’ll fill it, but it must be clean. Our staff is not responsible for unclean growlers.

We offer tours on select weekends throughout the year. If you’d like to book a private tour for a small group, email info@swilleddog.com

Absolutely. Bring the kids and relax for the afternoon. Our tables have built-in board games to keep them entertained. We also have pool, shuffleboard and darts to keep you entertained too!

Of course we are! Our four-legged fans are our favorite customers. They are welcome inside the tasting room, but must be on a leash at all times and not disturb other patrons. Outside, we have a designated area for dogs to do their business with a clean-up station, and we ask that you pick up your doggy’s doo-doo to keep our place nice and clean.

Guests under 21 are welcome but alcohol is off-limits.

Smoking is not permitted at Swilled Dog as we are a working distillery and it presents too big of a risk when there is flammable alcohol in the building.

Yes, there is a suggested donation of $5. 100% of donations support the Hampshire Co. Pet Adoption Program. Funds are used to spay/neuter animals. 

Yes, you can order whiskey by the glass in our tasting room. We limit it to two 2oz pours. 

Shipping, returns & refunds

Orders fulfill to the continental US only, and cannot ship to the following states: AK, HI, IL, UT, and NH.
Please note we cannot ship to a PO Box.

Standard shipping is 5-7 business days. Can take an additional 3-8 business days depending on location.

Your product will be delivered straight to your door and any order containing alcohol will require an adult signature and ID check upon delivery.

Our product is being shipped by a 3rd party partner (AccelPay's retailer network).

Orders containing alcohol are fulfilled by licensed 3rd party retailers in the AccelPay network. Retailers use a variety of fulfillment carriers including GLS and UPS.

If your order contains both alcohol and merchandise, it will be sent in separate shipments.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be edited after they are placed. If you need to cancel your order, please email support+swilleddog@accelpay.io before the order ships.

Orders that contain alcohol cannot be returned or exchanged. If you received the wrong item in your order, please email support+swilleddog@accelpay.io and we will make it right.

Orders may be requested to be canceled until they are shipped. A request to cancel does not guarantee cancellation. Please send requests to support+swilleddog@accelpay.io.

We can process refunds on a case by case basis. Please send us a photo of the damaged or incorrect shipment to support+swilleddog@accelpay.io.

If your order arrives damaged, our team will work to make it right! Send us an email support+swilleddog@accelpay.io with a photo of the damaged order and we will coordinate a reshipment within 3 business days.
