Swilled Dog Facebook Giveaway Official Rules

Eligibility

• Participants must be 21 years or older at the time of entry.
• Open to United States residents only.
• Employees, officers, and directors of Swilled Dog, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter.

Entry Period

The giveaway begins on November 18, 2025 at 2:00 PM ET and ends on November 24, 2025 at 12:00 PM ET (“Entry Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Entry Period:

1. Sign up for the Swilled Dog email list.
   
   
2. Follow Swilled Dog on Facebook.
   
   
3. Comment on the official Giveaway Post by tagging one (1) person you’d want to go to the game with.
   
   

All three steps must be completed to be eligible. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified.

Prizes

Two winners will be selected. Prizes are as follows:

Package 1 (First Winner Selected)

•  4 tickets to the Texas Tech game - (Saturday, Nov 29, 2025)
•  4 Swilled Dog rocks Let’s Go rocks glasses
•  4 Swilled Dog Let’s Go hats

Package 2 (Second Winner Selected)

•  2 tickets to the Texas Tech game (Saturday, Nov 29, 2025)
•  2 tickets to a Kansas State basketball game (Saturday, Jan 27, 2026)
•  2 Swilled Dog Let’s Go rocks glasses
•  2 Swilled Dog Let’s Go hats

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

Swilled Dog reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The first winner drawn will receive Package 1 (4 Texas Tech tickets bundle).

The second winner drawn will receive Package 2 (2 Texas Tech + 2 Kansas State basketball tickets bundle).

Winners will be announced and contacted on November 24, 2025 at 6:00 PM ET via:

• Facebook post, and/or our social media pages.

• The email address provided during entry.

Winners must respond within 24 hours of notification. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity

By entering, participants grant Swilled Dog permission to use their name, likeness, and entry (including comments) for promotional purposes across digital channels without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy

Information collected through entry will be used solely for:

• Administering the giveaway

• Notifying and verifying winners

• Managing email/SMS subscription preferences

Swilled Dog does not sell entrant information.

Release & Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Swilled Dog LLC, Meta (Facebook), and their respective agencies, partners, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of a prize.

Swilled Dog is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries

• Technical malfunctions or failures of any kind

• Human error or unauthorized intervention

General Conditions

Swilled Dog reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or any factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.

Entries that violate these rules or are deemed inappropriate will be disqualified.
