Rosemary Blood Orange Gin Cocktail

Ingredients:

Rosemary Simple Syrup:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2-3 fresh rosemary sprigs

Instructions:

  1. To make the rosemary simple syrup, combine water, sugar, and rosemary sprigs in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves, then let it simmer for a few minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool. Once cooled, strain to remove rosemary sprigs, leaving you with the infused syrup.
  2. In a shaker, combine 2 oz Swilled Dog Mon Forest Reserve Gin, 4 oz blood orange juice, 0.5 oz lime juice, and 1 oz rosemary simple syrup.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake the ingredients well to chill the mixture.
  4. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
  5. Top off the cocktail with tonic water to your liking.
  6. Give it a gentle stir to mix the flavors.
  7. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig.
