Ingredients

4 cups Swilled Dog Rye Whiskey

1 cup Campari

2 cups pomegranate juice

1 cup orange juice

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

4 sprigs fresh rosemary

3-4 bottles (12 ounces each) ginger beer

2 oranges, sliced

½ cup dried orange slices (optional)

1 cup pomegranate arils

Instructions

1. In a large pitcher, combine the rye whiskey, Campari, pomegranate juice, orange juice, and vanilla extract. Stir well to mix. Add the fresh rosemary sprigs and refrigerate until ready to serve.

2. Just before serving, fill a punch bowl with ice and pour in the whiskey mixture. Stir in the ginger beer to give the punch a festive fizz.

3. Add fresh orange slices, dried orange slices (if using), and pomegranate arils for a beautiful, seasonal presentation.

4. Ladle the punch into cocktail glasses filled with ice. Garnish with a dried orange slice or a sprig of rosemary.
