Much like WVU’s Gold Rush at Milan Puskar Stadium, this cocktail is all about showing your true colors. Bright, bold, and full of spirit, the Gold Rush is a simple bourbon classic that never disappoints.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups Swilled Dog Bourbon
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup honey syrup
- Ice
- Lemon slices for garnish
For a Single Serving, use the following:
- 2 oz Swilled Dog Bourbon
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ¾ oz honey syrup
Directions
Combine bourbon, lemon juice, and honey syrup over ice and stir until chilled. Pour into glasses with fresh ice, garnish with a lemon slice, and raise a toast.
